Just curious if anybody has had experience in exporting a some-what lengthy short film (say 30 minutes) for viewing on large screens (whether it be a 62 inch flat screen or a projector)? What file type do you use? Compression on video and audio? What brings out the highest quality while keeping the file relatively small in size? What should I stay away from?

I currently edit on Premiere Pro CS5. But I am also very familiar with Final Cut.

i would recommend exporting with H.264, its fairly basic, but it’ll keep the data rate low, mess with the settings, (most of the time, keeping it at the good setting will be the best)
do pretty high quality audio, it won’t jack up data to much, and better audio is a plus

I concur with the better audio. Thanks for the input!
